A mosque's offerings

Bismillah.

One look, I thought the mosque was hiring an imam or bilal or something. But nay.

For the benefit of our foreign readers, Jawatan Kosong means job vacancy. Then it appears the mosque is making a positively cynical advertisement on the banner.

A never seen before ads at a mosque in Pangkor Island, Malaysia

The banner says and I loosely translate it for you:

Job Vacancy
For makmum - people coming for all five congregational prayers.

Attractive remuneration:
27 x more rewards 5 times a day [as opposed to praying alone at home]

Travel allowance:
For each step taken to a masjid/musolla, one will get 1 reward and 1 sin pardoned.

Weekly bonus:
Friday sermons, Subuh and Maghrib lectures.

Qualifications:
Men and women who have attained puberty (baligh), sane and not exempted by sharie' [i.e. not having menses, etc.]
Come for interview at your nearest masjid/musolla during Subuh, Zohor, Asar, Maghrib, and Isha.

Closing date:
Before you die/Before the Day of Qiyamah.

Praying in congregation: the returns is 27 times greater and each reward from Allah is better than the world and its contents.
